My drinking habits are not healthy.

In the last three months, I have deteriorated my health with huge amounts of chemicals via unnatural drinks.
To keep myself awake at work, I drink Timmy's Iced Capp, almost everyday. Everytime that I venture to buy the drink, my brain tells me everything bad that this drink does to me. Nevertheless, I ignore my brain's advice and drink 47g sugar content iced cappuccino.  
I am slowly killing myslef. So what do I do, to remain healthy and awake at work?
